ON-GOING…
Plans to reduce energy have resulted in us engaging with George
Bartley from Building sustainability at the University. We have set
targets to reduce energy consumption by 20% in 18 months. This is
an exciting time for UMIC and we are looking forward to helping
reduce our carbon footprint as well as helping tenants reduce their
utilities bills.
NORTH CAMPUS
INCUBATOR (NCI)
NCI continues to thrive with occupancy at 100% and we are looking
at ways to further enhance this facility in the new financial year.
We have seen another successful
year with tenant occupancy at
almost full capacity, plans are
underway to develop additional
office space.
