TOP TIP
Once a licence has been signed – this does not mean that,
if both parties agree, it cannot be changed in any way at
a later date. If circumstances change and you feel you need to
make any change to the licence – don't be afraid to ask your licensee. In
some circumstances it may be beneficial to both parties for that change
to be made. If you are seeking to make any changes – contact your IP
commercialisation organisation who will be able to help.
