ROADMAP
Our Roadmap programme is a series of workshop based
sessions designed specifically to empower innovators to get their
ideas off the ground. These sessions cover everything from how
to develop your hypothesis into a valid business case, through
to understanding the customer landscape and the financials.
The Roadmap programme operates on a cohort basis, running
three times a year (Sep-Dec, Jan-May, and Jun-Jul) and features a
series of half day workshops over the consecutive months. Upon
completion of the Roadmap programme, innovators will have; a
newly developed or improved business case, a pitch slide-deck or
video, and a quality pitch structure to provide a quick overview of
the venture.
Our first cohort (See photos above) for this year has now completed the programme
and are now thinking about their minimal viable product/service and how to target their
customer base. We look forward to receiving their Business Summaries to apply for
further Momentum support through the Innovation Optimiser.
We are actively recruiting participants from across campus for the second cohort
beginning on Wednesday 31st January 2018. If you or colleagues are interested in
