OPTIMISER
Our Ignition activity focuses on raising awareness and
providing support for early stage entrepreneurs to test
the feasibility of an idea. Following the success of our
recent call for the next generation of Social Entrepreneurs
with entrepreneurial solutions to societal, healthcare or
environmental problems we are pleased to announce that we
have granted 9 Social Enterprise Ignition awards allocating
over £15000 across the University. These ideas range from
promoting social inclusion and developing a cultural hub,
through to the development of an intervention for children
with autism. We look forward to monitoring the progress of
these ideas as they develop further.
IGNITION
We have now launched an AMBS Ignition opportunity seeking early
stage ideas from individuals working or studying in AMBS. If your idea is
an innovative solution to a business, societal, or environmental problem
please get in touch. We want to give you the opportunity to road test
your ideas and unlock the potential entrepreneurial opportunity. The
closing date for this opportunity is Friday 20th January 2017.
