Recent changes in the industry promoted by the smoke control association have really made this a
minefield to navigate alone, we offered early upfront design to assist in navigating not only the safest
most cutting - edge products, but to gain early approval and certainty of build prior to building.
Our design fee is 5% of the overall contract value, this will be removed from the overall order total
should we be appointed on the project.
