Individually and collectively all
Intellectual Property arising directly
out of the Project which is conceived
and/or made by one or more of the
Research Staff acting either on their
own or jointly with one or more
employees of Curatics.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual and industrial property
rights, including without limitation,
patents, rights in Know-How, trade
marks, registered designs, models,
unregistered design rights, unregistered
trade marks and copyright (whether in
drawings, plans, specifications, designs
and computer software or otherwise),
database rights, topography rights, any
rights in any invention, discovery or
process, and applications for and rights
to apply for any of the foregoing, in
each case in the United Kingdom and
all other countries in the world.
Know-How
Includes knowledge, information,
experience, and data (such as
descriptions of unpatented inventions,
manufacturing processes, recipes,
formulae).
Principal Investigator
Professor Clara Kent in the Department
of Physics at Lakeland or a substitute
agreed under this Agreement.
Project
The Project as described in Appendix
A, under the direction of the Principal
Investigator or of such other members
of staff as Lakeland and Curatics shall
mutually agree.
