INNOVATION CENTRE
This year has seen the continued rapid growth
of our UMIC conference and events business
with revenues shooting up by 25% on last year.
Occupancy levels for our events space have
increased and we have added 53 new clients.
We have facilitated 942 events spanning 80
different clients in 2018 and continue focused
on our existing client base too.
In 2018 we rolled our new refurbishment
of event spaces which have been very well
received by clients. As well as name changes,
room decoration and furniture to our smaller
syndicate rooms we revamped and modernised
the Dalton room while creating more space for
our clients and introducing solar powered blinds
and new click share software.
